Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a dedicated store team member to support the UK Sweaty Betty operation, assisting with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and merchandising while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will model a positive attitude, share product knowledge, and drive sales by representing the brand and contributing to local marketing efforts, all while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control and merchandising.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and drive store success by supporting in local marketing efforts.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
