It's a hands-on position with daily customer interactions, handling enquiries and assisting with store administration to ensure smooth operations and progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience relevant to supervisory level.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Weekend availability as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Manage customer enquiries in person, by phone and online.
• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve KPIs.
• Support day-to-day store operations and administration.
• Maintain brand standards and health & safety procedures.
• Take responsibility for store operations when required.
• Occasionally support other local stores.
• Create a positive, professional, customer-focused environment.
