Responsibilities

• Sales: maximise in-store sales.
• Service: satisfy and build customer loyalty.
• Profit protection and stock control: monitor stock and ensure safety.
• Merchandising, space, stock and display: present products to stimulate interest.
• HR: ensure fair treatment of employees per policies.
• Training and recruitment: support company skills and knowledge development.
• Profit and losses (P&L): manage day-to-day store expenses.
• Property: maintain store premises.
• Health and safety: ensure safety provisions are followed.
• Forward planning and general duties: plan and support efficient store operation.
