Job summary

Footasylum is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead from the front, coach Sales Assistants, and drive high standards across our Blackburn store. You’ll energise the team, enhance the customer experience and contribute to excellent commercial results in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will inspire staff, manage daily store operations, and uphold Footasylum values while delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to improve customer service and drive sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a store team.

Responsibilities

• Maximise in-store sales and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver excellent service to build loyalty and repeat visits.
• Monitor stock and ensure safe, compliant store operations.
• Merchandise and present products to attract customer interest.
• Support HR tasks, including training and recruitment when needed.
• Contribute to P&L awareness and daily cost control.
• Oversee store operations including property and safety standards.
• Plan ahead to ensure smooth daily running of the store.
