Job summary

Footasylum in Cardiff is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to lead from the front, coaching Sales Assistants to achieve their potential and deliver outstanding commercial results. You’ll create an exceptional customer experience and motivate the team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll embody the Footasylum values and be confident driving service improvements, profitability and store standards while working collaboratively with the store team in a 40-hour full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Leads and motivates a team to improve service and sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sales: maximise in-store sales.
• Service: build loyalty and ensure customers return.
• Profit Protection and Stock Control: monitor stock and ensure safety.
• Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display: present products to stimulate interest.
• HR: ensure fair treatment consistent with policies.
• Training and Recruitment: develop Company skills and knowledge.
• P&L: manage day-to-day expenses of the store.
• Property: maintain the store premises.
• Health and Safety: adhere to safety provisions daily.
• Forward Planning and General Duties: plan for the future and support efficient store operations.
