Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain leadership presence on the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years in a Lead Supervisor level retail space, with the ability to train and mentor teams, implement company initiatives, and support store operations. A strong customer focus and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move product, cartons, props or fixtures as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and develop the team
• Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and in district in absence of leadership team
