Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor for the Greggs site in Warrington. You will help run a busy site, support your team day‑to‑day and ensure excellent customer experiences, while working flexible hours to fit your life.

You’ll gain hands‑on leadership experience, with clear progression into Store Management and apprenticeship options, plus a range of staff discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and readiness to step up (or currently a Team Leader or Supervisor).
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example on shift.
