Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Store Supervisor at one of our busy Hillsborough sites. Immediate start available with flexible full‑time or part‑time hours. You will lead a team, ensure smooth service, and deliver excellent experiences for every customer on shift.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, work with supportive managers, and benefit from discounts, incentives, training, and progression opportunities within the Welcome Break group.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and ready to step up or already working as a Supervisor.
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift.
• Pride in great customer service and maintaining high standards.

Welcome Break is part of the Applegreen Group and has five sites across Northern Ireland operating brands such as our Forecourts (Petrol stations), Shop, Bakewell, Subway, Burger King, M&S, Chick‑Fil‑A, Chopstix, Lavazza, and Greggs.

As a Store Supervisor at Welcome Break in Greggs , you’ll play a key role in running a busy site, supporting your team day‑to‑day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
