Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Store Manager for a high-volume Greggs unit in Warrington. You will lead the management team daily, ensuring top standards for brand, food safety, service and performance.

You will coach and develop Supervisors and Assistant Managers while delivering an exceptional experience for customers on the move. You’ll drive operational excellence, manage performance, and align with site leadership to grow leadership capabilities and achieve results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant/catering environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and mentor managers and supervisors.
• Track record of delivering high food/service standards and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the Greggs unit.
• Oversee brand and food standards, food safety, service, people and performance.
• Develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors; drive strong performance.
• Lead and grow the restaurant team to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Ready to lead a fast-paced Greggsunit and create great experiences for both customers and teams?

As aStore Managerat Welcome Break, you'll take ownership of a high-volume Greggsunit, leading your management team day to day and creating a warm, welcoming experience for customers on the move.

You'll be responsible for running the units' operations, overseeing everything from brand and food standards, food safety to service, people and performance. You'll make sure the brand delivers to its promise, operates to the highest standards, and consistently meets customer expectations.

You'll work closely with site leadership, develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and drive strong performance within your restaurant. This is a hands-on role where you'll build great teams, manage standards and results, and continue to grow your leadership career with our support.
