Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Store Supervisor at Starbucks in South Mimms, Potters Bar, for night shifts on a flexible full-time or part-time basis. Immediate start available with a £10 meal allowance each shift and an hourly rate up to £14.19.

As Store Supervisor, you’ll run a busy site, support your team, and help deliver outstanding experiences for every customer. You’ll work with supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and progress toward store management roles while enjoying

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and ready to step up or currently a Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Capable of motivating others and leading by example on shift.
• Pride in great customer service and maintaining high standards.
