SALES FLOOR SUPERVISOR (FTC) - BICESTER VILLAGE

Join the exciting launch of a new Pop-Up Store in Bicester Village, with plans to become permanent in 2026.

We’re hiring a Sales Floor Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion (WRTW/MRTW). This is your chance to be part of a globally recognised, celebrity-loved brand known for trend-forward, sustainable design and a people-first culture.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and responsible for leading a team of 5 sales associates
  • Open/close the store as a keyholder
  • Support the management team to lead, coach and train the team on the shop floor
  • Lead by example – Styling, up-selling and cross selling to customers
  • Drive personal and team sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and CRM engagement
  • Provide training and support to the sales team
  • Maintain visual standards and manage stock flow

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in premium/luxury fashion as a supervisor or SNR Sales Consultant ready to step up
  • Confident, polished, and sales-driven
  • Time management
  • Strong initiative with team leadership / coaching skills
  • Passionate about fashion, trends, and sustainability
  • Client-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
