Job summary

The LEGO Group in London is seeking a capable retail shift supervisor to support store leadership. You will work with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) to coordinate scheduling, supervise Sales Associates, and ensure money handling, stock organization, and merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sales staff during shifts.
• Familiarity with store policies and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and handle issues per LEGO policies.
• Process store and office supply orders within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure proper money handling by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain organized stockroom and merchandize products on the shop floor.
• Support merchandise presentation and loss prevention goals.
• Assist ASM and SM in achieving high merchandising standards.
