Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail UK is seeking a proactive store supervisor to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in daily operations. You will oversee Sales Associates, handle scheduling, merchandise stock and presentation, and ensure procedures are followed to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or a team lead role.
• Ability to assist with scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Familiarity with cash handling and loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during the shift and address issues per LEGO policies.
• Process store and office supply orders within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the shop floor.
• Assist with merchandise presentation to meet store guidelines.
