Job summary

Magnet Leeds Showroom is seeking a Store Service Manager to lead a busy, sales-focused team. You’ll drive sales, support training, and manage customer journeys from showroom visit to installation and aftercare, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will motivate the team to meet targets, nurture relationships with customers and colleagues, and stay ahead of market trends to grow the showroom. Weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Experience building great working relationships across teams.
• Being proactive around market trends and competitors.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
