Job summary

Planet Organic Limited is hiring for a Store Detective & Security Operations Coordinator. The role combines hands-on loss prevention with the coordination of daily security activities across our London stores.

It requires onsite presence in stores and collaboration with store teams, Risk & Compliance Manager, and a third-party security partner. The successful candidate will manage incidents, CCTV records, rotas, and security training, while driving continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• SIA license is required.
• Proven experience as a Store Detective in multi-site retail.
• Experience coordinating security operations and liaising with third-party security partners.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as Store Detective and loss prevention across Planet Organic stores.
• Coordinate day-to-day security operations and liaise with Risk & Compliance Manager and security partner.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, CCTV records, and security administration.
• Deliver security training and awareness across the team.
• Collaborate with store teams and external partners to improve security effectiveness.
