Responsibilities

• Support smooth store operation and create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience through service and product knowledge.
• Support sales performance and help drive store targets and KPIs.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and encouragement to team members.
• Open and close the store, acting as the on-duty responsible person when required.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock presentation and replenishment.
• Handle customer queries and service issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
