NEXT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire the store team to prioritise outstanding customer service and hit performance targets. The role is fast-paced and varied, with opportunities for personal development from day one and flexible working options.

You will manage the store, ensure stock processes, and coach the team to deliver excellent service while maintaining a safe, efficient environment with strong communication.

• Support store management across product areas, back of house and run the store when needed.
• Lead a team to deliver outstanding service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, efficient and safe store.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership in commercial and operational activities alongside the team.
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and meets business needs.
