NEXT is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment in Greater London. You will drive sales, build exceptional customer experiences and manage stock processes with a hands-on leadership style.
You will be responsible for inspiring staff, delivering service excellence, and achieving targets while maintaining safe, compliant operations. Flexible working options are available, and NEXT supports development from day one.
