Job summary

Under Armour in Banbridge is seeking a Sales Keyholder to support store leaders, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain a high-energy environment.

You will lead on duty, open/close shifts, and ensure excellent customer service with deep knowledge of our technical product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and retail/omni KPI target achievement.
• Act as the leader on duty and model athlete service standards.
• Provide information on a wide portfolio of technical products.
• Partner with store leadership to maintain merchandise standards and floor sets.
• Evaluate store sales and payroll goals and adjust scheduling.
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experience with apps.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, teammates, and leadership.
• Assume Stock Keyholder responsibilities as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
