Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a 1st Assistant Manager to oversee total store operations, including all programs and business units. In the absence of the General Manager, you will execute the outlined responsibilities and lead a team to meet store standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations and maintenance of equipment within the store.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate team members to meet store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, discipline, and termination of personnel in partnership with management.
• Oversee daily operations, back-office tasks, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and staff provide friendly, efficient service.
• Supervise scheduling and labor budgets, including overtime management.
• Ensure products are stored properly and safety procedures are followed.
