Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a Store Manager in Coventry to lead daily store operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and a customer-first experience. You will drive sales growth, manage budgets, and guide a team to deliver exceptional service across the trade counter, warehouse, and delivery services.

You'll lead by example, coach direct reports, recruit and develop staff, and foster a positive culture aligned with Selco's values.

Qualifications

Experience leading a store team and daily operations.
Strong focus on customer service and experience.
Proven ability to manage costs, budgets, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operation of the store, ensuring smooth, safe, and legally compliant processes.
Implement store operations strategy to support sales growth and a great customer experience.
Monitor and manage performance against KPIs including sales, margin, cost control, and compliance.
Take ownership as the most senior leader on site, upholding store standards, safety and service.
