Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking an on-site Store Leader to drive daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage staffing within budget, uphold safety and compliance, and lead on-site to maintain high store standards.

You will inspire and coach your team, recruit and develop direct reports, and embody Selco’s values while delivering a brilliant experience for customers across our trade counter and warehouse.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading retail teams and store operations.
• Ability to coach and develop direct reports and manage performance reviews.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the store with safe, legally compliant processes.
• Implement store operations strategy to support sales and great customer service.
• Ensure labour is deployed within budget to meet service and trading needs.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, margin, cost control, and compliance.
• Act as the on-site senior leader to maintain standards, safety and service.
