• Experience in managing a remote or off-site stockroom.
• Previous experience at Operations Manager level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all operational aspects of the store by managing stockrooms and back of house areas.
• Conduct daily floor walks and delegate tasks among team members.
• Oversee Health & Safety requirements, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Manage Loss Prevention requirements and protect profit.
• Ensure effective management of sale launches.
