Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Dundee store. You’ll lead daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting performance targets.

As a key on-site leader, you’ll handle scheduling, disciplinaries, and day-to-day decisions to keep the store running smoothly and safely. This role offers permanent employment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Brilliant customer service and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to deliver KPIs and maintain store performance.
• Experience leading operations and managing in absence of senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the store, often as the only manager on site.
• Collaborate with a team to complete tasks and serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally support other nearby stores within the convenience network.
