Our Legacy is seeking a Store Manager for the WORK SHOP London store to drive sales, manage daily operations and lead the team. You will oversee selling targets, customer care, budgeting, stock control and reporting to the WORK SHOP Retail Manager.

You will recruit and train staff, collaborate with Visual Department on displays, analyse KPIs and ensure brand standards. Fluency in English, strong organizational skills and flexibility are required.

Are you looking for an opportunity to drive sales and create results within a creative and fast paced environment. We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our WORK SHOP London Store.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeingthe London WORK SHOP store.From sales to profit and all the brand-building functions of OUR LEGACY that entails. Among other things this responsibility includes day-to-day operations such as driving sales, customer care, staff management along with more administrative duties such as analyzing store sell thru’s, KPIs, yearly budgets, stock management, seasonal buys, hiring staff, staff rotas, reporting directly to the WORK SHOP Retail Manager.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

Day-to-day operations:

• Secure our store reaches sales targets.
• Care for customer service through the whole customer cycle to create sales and loyal customers.
• Deliver and provide product and brand knowledge for a great store experience.
• Ensuring that the store is always following the brands expectation on presentability and maintaining a balanced range of products.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop the team to optimize store performance.
• Work closely with our Visual Department to provide excellent store and visual display.
• Maintain secure and streamlined rules for stock inbound for back office and store.

• Work with set yearly budgets - set goals and targets on a weekly basis.
• Analyze sales figures, sell thru’s, KPI’s on a weekly basis and report to the WORK SHOP Retail Manager
• Thorough stock-management
• Reporting salaries, end-of-day reports and other financial information.
• Hiring staff - predict staff demand and act accordingly - sign off with WORK SHOP Retail Manager.
• Working on monthly staff rotas.
• Report product feedback WORK SHOP Retail Manager.
• Attend weekly retail meetings via digital video link and report sales figures and other relevant information regarding the WORK SHOP London store.

Work Shop :

• Lead and develop the store’s creative direction, with a particular focus on craftsmanship, recycling, and upcycling initiatives together with Retail Manager.
• Delegate and oversee creative tasks within the team to ensure that in-store production consistently reflects and adheres to Our Legacy’s and Work Shop brand DNA.
• Ensure that the store’s visual merchandising remains engaging, distinctive, and aligned with the Work Shop brand DNA.

Your profile:
