  • Progressive retail management experience.
  • Store management background in service or retail sectors.
  • Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand retail environment.
  • Experience in operations, budgeting, planning, and sales.
  • People management skills, conflict resolution, and purpose-driven leadership.
  • Effective communication and ability to foster belonging.
  • Collaborative mindset, recognizing team contributions.
  • Courage to give constructive feedback.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently.
