Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of London’s flagship Stratford locations for a renowned skincare, fragrance and beauty company.

You will oversee a large team, drive performance and deliver memorable in-store experiences, coaching staff to meet high standards while implementing new programmes and events that shape the wider business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume store and sizeable team.
• A confident and inspirational people leader with commercial focus.
• Strong emphasis on customer experience and storytelling.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets and reporting.
