You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll set daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity goals, manage store administration, oversee inventory and daily operations, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1 meetings and genuine team connections by celebrating successes.
