As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You’re second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and lead when needed. You’ll drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.

You’ll serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Support your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust through positive feedback, assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse, talented team, coach team members to enhance engagement and potential, and help with daily business activities as the right hand of your Store Manager.
