Note: This role is based in Stirling, Scotland.

As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You are second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your primary goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.

You will act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Your responsibilities include supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust through positive feedback, assisting in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse team, coaching team members to reach their full potential, and serving as the right hand in daily business activities.
