Store Manager Opportunity

About the Role

  • As Store Manager, your core responsibilities include: driving sales and profit, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, ensuring proper merchandising, and leading your team through recruiting, training, and development.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing ear piercing services (full training provided).
  • Claire's is a leading high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores worldwide, specializing in jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics.
  • Our customer base ranges from children to young women, embracing various styles from feminine to trendy.

Qualifications - About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 2 years retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
  • Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Capability to operate POS systems and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
