You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience!
You’ll also define daily objectives, drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections by celebrating success!
