Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You are the second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your primary goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.
You will act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Supporting your Store Manager, you will help foster a culture of trust through positive and constructive feedback, assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team, coach team members to enhance engagement and reach their potential, and serve as the Store Manager's right hand in managing daily business activities.
Please note this role is based in St Albans.
