As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team reach their full potential!

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, continuously reach performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. You’ll set an example and coach your team to deliver excellent customer service!

You’ll also define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections by celebrating successes!
