Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Store Manager for Next Cannock Retail Park. You’ll own the store’s performance, lead a frontline team, ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales and profit targets.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop colleagues, while maintaining brand standards and store presentation. We offer strong benefits including a share scheme, staff discount, a generous pension match and an incentive scheme with potential bonuses up to £10,000 depending on store results.
