Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland in Newry is seeking a seasoned store manager to lead daily operations and drive a first-class customer journey. You will recruit, train and develop the best talent to secure Lidl's long-term success while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will manage costs, drive store performance, ensure stock rotation and maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with a full driving licence and at least two years of

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and safeguarding service standards.
• Monitor and control staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, write-offs and costs.
• Apply and control Store Cleanliness, Customer Friendliness and Minimal Queues at Tills.
• Monitor stock rotation, freshness control and C-Date checks.
• Adhere to all company procedures and merchandising standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage, recruit, and develop the best possible talent to ensure the long-term success of the business
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by always aiming to exceed customer expectations and safeguarding customer service standards in your store
• Monitor and control staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, write-offs and operational costs
• Apply and control the company principles of 'Store Cleanliness', 'Customer Friendliness' and 'Minimal Queues at Tills'
• Monitor and ensure proper rotation of stock, freshness control and C-Date checks
• Adhere to all company procedures and commercial standards, i.e. reaching agreed store standards, presentation of merchandise, and the merchandising plan.

• £43,000 rising to £56,000 after 3 years
