Job summary

Agile Retail, launching ARNE at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, is seeking a Store Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role leads daily operations, drives sales and builds a high-performing team.

You will own the store's day-to-day running, deliver exceptional customer experience, manage stock, merchandising and compliance, and use sales data to improve performance. Start ASAP with mid-October openings.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of driving sales, KPIs and customer experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of daily store operations, including team scheduling, stock, visual standards and customer service.
• Driving sales and store KPIs through strong commercial awareness, effective merchandising and team leadership.
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Creating an energised, customer-first culture on the shop floor.
• Maintaining exceptional standards across visual merchandising, stock management, cleanliness and compliance.
• Reviewing sales performance and customer feedback, then turning insight into clear actions.
