Our client is a fast growing Italian grab-and-go concept that is setting the standards for its flavourful offerings, outstanding customer service, and inventive menu selections.

They are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their team as Store Manager and be part of the growth.

Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Monday to Friday!:

• Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence.
• Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
• Handle performance management and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
• Ensure each customer feels valued and satisfied.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
• Analyse sales data to optimise staff schedules for cost management.
• Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.

About the Store Manager – Monday to Friday!:

• Previous experience with Italian produce.
• Very detail oriented and highly energetic.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of business financials.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
