360 Talent London seeks a results-driven Store Manager for a prestigious menswear tailoring environment in London. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management or store manager role within premium/luxury retail, ideally menswear.
• Proven track record of driving sales and supporting commercial success.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• A genuine passion for fashion and tailoring.

Responsibilities

The Role:
