Maje is seeking a Store Manager for its flagship Regent Street store in London. You will oversee the commercial and operational management of the store, lead and coach the store team, and ensure adherence to VM guidelines to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This temporary 9-month contract includes a monthly and seasonal bonus scheme, staff discounts across SMCP brands, a travel allowance, and access to Mylearning for ongoing development.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the commercial and operational management of the Regent Street flagship store.
• Manage and coach the store team, including training and development.
• Ensure in-store activity aligns with brand VM guidelines and delivers a premium customer experience.

This is a 9 month fixed-term contract position.
