Maje in London’s Regent Street flagship is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day commercial and operational activities, supervise the store team, and ensure exceptional customer service in line with VM guidelines.

You will coach and develop colleagues, implement in-store activations, and contribute to brand growth within the SMCP Group, with a focus on delivering a personalised, stylish shopping experience.

Responsabilités

Job Description

A Store Manager position,in our Flagship store in Regent Street.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will oversee the commercial and operational management of the store, the management of a team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.
