Job summary

Maje is seeking a Store Manager for its flagship Regent Street store. You will oversee daily operations, manage and coach the team, and ensure adherence to VM guidelines while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail store leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and sales targets.
• Lead and coach a retail team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure VM guidelines are implemented across the store floor.
• Provide a warm, engaging customer experience and manage stock/visuals.

A Store Manager position,in our Flagship store in Regent Street.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will oversee the commercial and operational management of the store, the management of a team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.
