We are hiring for a Store Manager to join our new store opening in Leeds.
Please note: this is a new store opening at the Trinity Centre, Leeds.
There will be an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum is a business that values our front-end retail staff.
As Store Manager, you will oversee your store’s daily operations, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
We invest in training and development. Our goal is to create an environment where employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported through regular 1-2-1s, training, and support, with all the tools needed to thrive and feel empowered.
