Morrisons in Leeds is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large, fast-paced team on Market Street, drive sales, uphold standards, and deliver a welcoming customer experience every day.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will shape culture, coach colleagues, manage costs and ensure compliance while developing future leaders and strengthening local community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large fast-paced team in food retail.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop managers and teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and Market Street dynamics.

Responsibilities
