The White Company is seeking a Store Manager in Harrogate to own overall store performance and lead a high‑calibre team. You will ensure exceptional customer experience, maintain brand standards, and drive commercial results across channels.

You will coach and develop staff, manage P&L drivers, and build local partnerships to grow footfall and brand presence while upholding the company’s values and premium aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence KPIs and trading dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary brand guardian within your store and uphold premium standards.
• Lead end-to-end customer experience, using data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Develop strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and data capture.
• Support customers across in-store, online, and remote channels.
