Job summary

Southern Co-op is seeking a Store Manager in the south of England to own and drive performance at a busy store. You will lead an inspiring team, set clear goals, and shape a store plan that keeps the business safe, legal, and high-performing while delivering outstanding customer service.

We value leadership, community connection, and a growth mindset. A Personal Licence is required or to be obtained within 16 weeks, with a full UK driving licence being a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a food retail store or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to plan ahead.
• Passion for delivering standout customer service and leading teams.
• Confident communicator who can inspire at all levels of the store.
• Hold a Personal Licence or be willing to obtain one within 16 weeks.
• Growth mindset with drive to develop and improve the business.
