Co-op is seeking a Store Manager for our Blackpool (North Drive) store. This full-time role carries responsibility for delivering excellent customer service, leading a busy team and driving store performance within a community-focused retail environment.

You will own commercial results, develop staff, ensure legal compliance, and uphold Co-op standards while fostering an inclusive culture and strong member engagement.

• Experience leading and developing a team in a busy retail environment.
