White Stuff is seeking a proactive Shop Manager for one of our Chester stores. You will lead the team, drive sales, manage KPIs, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience during weekends and beyond.

You will coach staff, optimise stock and merchandising, and work with regional leadership to grow the shop’s presence in the local community while upholding the brand’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience driving the commercial success of a shop.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Knowledge of stock, VM standards, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team and report to Regional Manager.
• Drive customer experience and multichannel sales.
• Manage stock, stocktakes, and visual standards.
• Deliver training and performance reviews.
