Welcome Break is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume Greggs unit in Hillsborough. You’ll manage a management team, deliver great food and service, and ensure high standards across brand and food safety. This hands‑on role focuses on people, performance and a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll work with site leadership to develop and coach managers, drive commercial results, and progress your leadership career within Welcome Break.

Formación

• Have management experience in restaurants or catering within a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lead, coach and develop managers and supervisors.
• Deliver great food, great service and high standards consistently.
• Confident in managing performance, compliance and commercial results.

Responsabilidades

• Run the unit operations and oversee brand and food standards.
• Lead the management team on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop Assistant Managers and Supervisors and drive performance.
• Ensure the brand delivers its promises and guests have a welcoming experience.
