Job summary

Machine Mart is seeking a store leader to manage day-to-day store operations in the UK. You will lead a small team of 4–6 staff, drive customer experience, and work up to 45 hours per week with overtime paid or time off in lieu.

We are looking for a hands-on manager with a track record in retail or field sales, capable of hitting KPIs, motivating staff, and delivering excellent customer service in a hard goods environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of leading a small team
• Managerial experience in retail or field sales
• Proven success hitting sales targets and KPIs
• Motivates and develops teams
• Product knowledge of relevant range
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• Confident, enthusiastic, driven team player
• Willingness to learn and develop the team
• Desire to succeed as a leader
